Coated gloves are a type of glove mainly made of rubber and are named for their unique manufacturing process. This kind of glove has multiple features such as acid and alkali resistance, corrosion resistance, high temperature resistance and cold resistance.

Material
The main raw materials of coated gloves include natural latex, rubber, nitrile, fabric and cotton yarn.

Application field
Coated gloves are suitable for work protection in various industries, such as mechanical manufacturing, electric welding and maintenance, road construction, mining, construction projects, coal mines, oil fields, as well as agriculture, forestry and households.

Characteristics

1. Wear resistance and cut resistance
The wear resistance of the coated gloves is 26 times that of ordinary natural latex gloves and 18 times that of ordinary PVC gloves. The normal service life can reach 188 days. In addition, it also has a certain anti-cutting function.

2. Oil-resistant and impermeable
Coated gloves have excellent oil resistance to various oily substances and are six times more resistant to oil than ordinary nitrile gloves. And it has excellent anti-permeation performance, especially suitable for use in environments in contact with iron parts, bricks and stones, etc.

3. Corrosion-resistant and acid and alkali resistant
Coated gloves can resist the erosion of various strong acids, strong alkalis and general chemicals, and their acid and alkali resistance is superior to that of ordinary nitrile gloves.

4. Withstand high and low temperatures
The coated gloves can remain stable at a high temperature of +138℃ and will not harden at a low temperature of -38℃. Therefore, they can meet the working requirements under various extreme climatic conditions.
